Job Description
About the role
As Regional Technology Manager, you will be leading the EOS Service Desk & System Administration team. You will be responsible for planning and managing the day to day activities of the ICT -Infrastructure Group including the Network, Security and System Administration team. You will work closely with Head of ICT to ensure the smooth functioning of your team.
Manage EOS IT infrastructure.
Assist in designing & implementation of infrastructure projects.
Server Infrastructure management to ensure data integrity & security.
Maintain robust system for data backups.
Collecting & maintaining statistical evidence of infrastructure performance.
Team management & support to Systems Administration, Network & Security subgroup.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
As a Regional Technology Manager, you will be willing to manage and be responsible for technically demanding tasks. You will have a positive attitude and be a punctual and relied upon team member. You will have a high attention to detail and work effectively along with the team to meet the deadlines.
Experience:
Substantial experience designing and implementing ICT solutions within a large enterprise environment
Ability to effectively lead, mentor and supervise.
A related qualification, and certifications in ITIL and Project Management are highly desirable.
Extensive professional experience working in a senior role within an engineering or project environment is preferred.
