Job Description
About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve a critical link between business stakeholders and EOS ICT technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver tangible value Manage EOS IT infrastructure.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with the Head of ICT and senior executives to ensure ICT initiatives directly support our strategic priorities.
Business Case Development: Lead the development of robust business cases, incorporating cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making and stakeholder buy-in.
Portfolio Management Support: Assist in prioritizing and managing the ICT project portfolio to deliver maximum business value and strategic alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support ICT transformation efforts.
Process Analysis & Improvement: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, supporting effective planning and delivery.
Project Support: Provide vital support to project management functions, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance activities.

About You
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills, navigate complex systems, and identify innovative, value-driven solutions. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies is essential to effectively supporting a wide range of strategic initiatives. Equally important are your communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage with diverse stakeholders and clearly translate technical concepts into meaningful business insights.
Qualification and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related discipline.
You may have a technical background and now operate as a BA.
Alternatively, you may be a business analyst that has spent 8+ years working on technology-based projects.
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including tools such as Excel, Teams, Power BI, and Visio.
