About the Role
As the VP Programs, you will:
Oversee the delivery of internal and external programs ensuring they meet business, customer and quality expectations.
Provide leadership and strategic direction across our international operations, aligning all program management efforts to business priorities.
Champion a process-driven yet pragmatic culture that empowers cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver outcomes efficiently.
Ensure continuous improvement of program planning, reporting, and performance metrics.
Foster strong customer relationships and proactively support new business opportunities including RFTs, RFIs and RFQs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a high-performing, commercially astute project management team.
Drive collaboration across functional areas to support program success and resolve cross-team challenges.
Manage short-, medium- and long-term business planning and prioritisation.
Maintain executive-level program forums, decision-making insights, and reporting dashboards.
Enhance PM capability, introducing tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
Engage internationally across EOS business units to ensure integrated delivery and customer alignment.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years in senior leadership within an industrial or defence organisation.
Demonstrated experience managing complex programs and influencing diverse stakeholders.
Highly Desirable:
Postgraduate qualifications in Business Management.
Familiarity with ASDEFCON and Australian Defence industry practices.
Knowledge of product engineering and manufacturing systems.
