We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our Aftermarket team in Hume. This role is a fantastic opportunity to become the primary contact for our valued in-service customers and play a critical role in supporting their aftermarket needs.
Job Description
About the Role:
As the Customer Support Officer, you’ll be the frontline connection between EOS and our customers, ensuring exceptional service and seamless coordination. You’ll handle customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs), process orders for spare parts and repairs, manage warranty claims, and maintain customer communication channels and records.
What You’ll Do:
Be the main point of contact for in-service customer support requests
Provide timely responses and solutions via monitored email groups and communication channels
Maintain up-to-date customer price lists and process incoming RFQs, orders, RMAs, and service requests
Track and report on warranty activity and costs
Support internal stakeholders and assist with other duties as directed by the Aftermarket Manager
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring:
At least 2 years’ experience in a technical or administrative support role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously, with a drive to resolve issues efficiently
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Familiarity with finance and product lifecycle management systems—or a willingness to learn
A recognised qualification in a relevant field is desirable

Baseline security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
