EOS Defence Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Program Analyst to support the performance and efficiency of our programs function. Job Description
As a Program Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Programs Operations Planning Manager to evaluate enterprise and project data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance program delivery and performance. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, manage schedules, and contribute to governance improvements across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse program data to identify inefficiencies and root causes.
Develop and implement strategies to improve program performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.
Manage project schedules and delivery plans.
Support governance improvements and PMO processes.
Desired Skills and Experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience in PMO environments and large-scale program support.
Familiarity with ERP tools and project management methodologies.
Defence sector experience (desirable).
Requirements
Australian Citizenship.
Ability to obtain or hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
