Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager who can establish and oversee project governance, standards, and best practices across complex defense programs. This role ensures that all projects align with strategic objectives, comply with regulatory and contractual requirements, and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The PMO Manager provides leadership, guidance, and support to project managers, enabling consistent execution and risk management across the portfolio with strong stakeholder engagements kills, and the ability to drive structured, disciplined delivery in a highly regulated environment.

Successful candidate will foster teamwork across multidisciplinary groups, building trust and alignment among stakeholders while maintaining transparent, proactive communication with internal and external parties to keep everyone aligned.

Desired Skills and Experience

Primary Duties:

The job plays a pivotal role in EOS success by establishing and maintaining PMO framework by developing and enforcing project management standards, methodologies, and governance across all programs.

You will provide portfolio oversight by monitoring and reporting on the performance of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with defense regulations with robust risk management practices and contractual adherence and security requirements.

Provide accurate, timely reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders on project health, risks, and financials while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and consistency. Oversee PMO budgets and support project managers in cost management and forecasting and contribute to long-term planning and prioritization of projects within the defense portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish PMO Governance by defining and maintaining project management standards, process, and reporting frameworks across all programs
  • Oversee the planning, prioritization and execution of multiple defense projects to ensure strategic alignment
  • Ensure all projects adhere to defense regulations, security protocols, and contractual obligations
  • Track project health, budgets, schedules, and risks; provide accurate reporting to senior leadership
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and externals partners, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Mentor and train project managers, building a strong project management culture
  • Drive process enhancements and lessons learned to improve delivery efficiency and consistency
  • Support cost management, forecasting, and budget adherence across the portfolio
  • Asist leadership in long-term planning and decision-making for defense programs
  • Any other duties as required by the reporting manager

Experience:
