Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of projects and platforms that deliver strategic outcomes for EOS. This role is focused on driving alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives, ensuring that multiple projects work together to achieve long-term goals. The program manager provides vision, governance, and integration across multiple projects and product lines.

You will define the program structure, establish governance frameworks, and manage interdependence between projects. Your ability to balance strategic priorities with operational realities will be critical to ensuring sustainable delivery and maximizing value across the portfolio.

Desired Skills and Experience

Primary Duties:

Own the program vision and roadmap, ensuring all projects align with EOS strategic objectives and client commitments and oversee multiple project managers, providing guidance, removing obstacles, and ensuring consistency in delivery.

Manage platform-level initiatives, ensuring technology and product lines evolve cohesively while driving program governance, including decision-making structures, reporting standards, and escalation processes.

Monitor program-level performance, including financials, resource allocation, and risk across all projects.

Define and embed best practices, governance, and continuous improvement for repeatable success across programs. Manage interdependencies, risks, and resource allocation across projects to optimize delivery and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain program plans, integrating timelines, budgets, and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Ensure platform strategy aligns with business needs and supports future scalability.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement at senior levels, providing clear visibility into program progress, risks, and benefits.
  • Implement risk management strategies at the program level, addressing systemic issues and inter-project dependencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement, embedding lessons learned across the portfolio.
  • Champion governance and compliance, ensuring all projects adhere to EOS standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee financial performance of the program, including consolidated forecasting and cost optimization.
  • Facilitate change management to ensure smooth adoption of new platforms and processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans where necessary.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the program lifecycle.

Experience:

  • Proven track record managing large-scale programs in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similar industries.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies (MSP, PMI PgMP, or equivalent) and governance frameworks.
  • Strong ability to manage interdependencies and integrate multiple projects under a unified strategy.
  • Experience in platform development and lifecycle management.
  • Advanced financial acumen for program-level budgeting and cost control.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and portfolio dashboards.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or Program Management; PgMP or MSP certification is highly desirable.
