Job Description
As a Development Test Engineer at EOS in Canberra, you will play a vital role within our Engineering department. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and testing of cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and execute test plans for new product development.
Conduct testing on hardware and software components to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
Analyse test results and provide feedback to the design and development teams for continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot issues and work towards effective solutions in a timely manner.
Document test procedures, results, and observations for future reference.
Requirements:
A degree in Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools is desirable but not essential for this graduate role.
Desired Skills and Experience
Desired skills and experience:
Exposure to Verification & Validation practices, particularly in embedded mission-critical systems.
Basic proficiency in hardware and/or software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
