At EOS, we are seeking a talented Project Engineering Managers to join our dynamic team in Hume. As part of our Engineering department, 2 full-time positions are open to lead and deliver projects.
Job Description
Primary duties include:
Act as the conduit between Engineering and the rest of the project team and business.
Develop and implement strategies that maximise project success.
Key responsibilities:
Lead project planning and project decision-making processes
Performa project assessment and control
Manage risks arising from Engineering and/or impacting Engineering
Manage configuration Baselines and ensure delivery of appropriate Technical Data to customers.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience:
10 years or more experience in Senior Engineering position
Knowledge and understanding of the Product Life Cycle
Experience of the Australian Defence technical regulation frameworks and standards
Proven experience in the project/program execution within the ASDEFCON framework
Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree within an Engineering Discipline.
