As our Talent Attraction & Acquisition Partner, you’ll influence how EOS attracts and hires the people who power our success. You will play a critical role in supporting EOS’s growth by delivering strategic, data driven recruitment solutions. Partnering closely with leaders and the global HR team, this role provides expert advice across talent attraction, acquisition and internal mobility, ensuring a consistent, high quality experience for leaders, candidates and internal talent.
The role combines hands on delivery with strategic influence, leveraging market insights, analytics and best practice sourcing approaches to meet current and future workforce needs.

Primary Duties:
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle alongside your HR peers and leaders, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates. You’ll advise and influence leaders on the most effective solutions for their recruitment needs, while providing strategic guidance on recruitment best practice, capability and market insights. You’ll contribute to recruitment and talent optimisation projects and help drive diverse hiring needs. You will proactively manage global talent vendors and partners and ensure EOS has the right support and capabilities across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Attraction & Acquisition
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering with leaders and HR Peers to deliver effective and timely hiring outcomes.
Provide strategic recruitment advice informed by market insights, workforce data and best practice.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping, talent pooling and engagement of passive candidates.
Deliver recruitment reporting and analytics to inform decision‑making, highlighting trends, costs and risks.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and key stakeholders across the business.
Support hiring managers to effectively navigate recruitment processes and assess candidates.
Manage and collaborate with global recruitment vendors and partners to ensure capability across multiple regions.
Employer Brand, Mobility & Projects
Contribute to the development and activation of EOS’s global employment brand.
Promote internal mobility and diversity initiatives, identifying internal talent for career progression and succession planning.
Contribute to and deliver talent acquisition projects, including process reviews, sourcing programs and advertising strategies, aligned to regional and global HR priorities

Experience:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a senior Talent Partnering role, gained in an in‑house, RPO, agency or executive search environment.
Proven experience recruiting across a broad range of roles and seniority levels.
Strong knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, assessment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
Experience recruiting within Defence, Technology, Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing or Corporate environments is highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience would be beneficial
Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
